                           Grant Writing SERVICE CONTRACT


CCR-REG , and                                                    , referred to as GRANTEE, do hereby agree:

CCR-REG shall provide grant writing services for GRANTEE. The fees required for these services is an initial fee of $ 499.00 which will be necessary for registrations to submit to Federal Grantor Agencies. GRANTEE agrees that it shall cooperate with grant writer in a timely matter and provide any necessary information required by the grant writer , 
CCR-REG agrees that any such information provided shall be used solely for the purposes of grant writing and submission for GRANTEE and not disclosed to any third-party not specifically involved in the purposes of Grant Writing and submission for GRANTEE
 However, GRANT WRITIER shall provide his or her best efforts in the correct writing and submission of grants, consistent with the stated goals of the GRANTEE. Upon submission of any grant proposal, the GRANTEE does agree to pay an additional sum of FIVE PERCENT of any funds ultimately obtained by the GRANTEE as a result of a successful proposal submitted by CCR-REG.   However, CCR-REG cannot guarantee any particular degree of success in grant writing or award due to the GRANTEE’S ultimate control and to the decisions and judgments of the grantors.
CCR-REG grant writer may or may not travel to the GRANTEE’S site during the term of this agreement
CCR-REG shall provide the major portion of grant writing service unless otherwise agreed. FIVE PERCENT of each awarded grant amount written by CCR-REG on behalf of GRANTEE shall be paid by the GRANTEE to CCR-REG. GRANTEE agrees to pay CCR-REG within 10 calendar days of receipt of the grant award by GRANTEE.

In the event of the termination of this contract, GRANTEE agrees to pay CCR-REG five percent of any grants written by grant writer on behalf of GRANTEE ultimately awarded to GRANTEE. Such payment will be made by GRANTEE to CCR-REG within 10 calendar days of receipt of said grant award by GRANTEE.

This agreement can be canceled by customer by sending an email to ccrregllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of the acceptance of this agreement. After that time there will be a cancellation fee not to exceed the full amount of the purchase. The customer agrees not to stop pay on any types of payment including but not limited to Credit Cards, Checks, ACH, or Check Drafts. Any charges of a stop payment or dispute to any bank or payment processor will be in direct violation of this agreement and all charges associated with this action will be passed on to the customer, not limited to attorney fees and bank charges. By acceptance of this agreement you are bound to all its Terms and Conditions.
