* Actively communicating with contracting officers and program manager at Target Market Agency
* Regularly executes responses to RFIs, SSS and pre-solicitation notice
* Capable of providing compliant proposal on 8(a) award, SAP award, or as a subcontractor in their target market
* Established formal Prime Proposal Template or Dry Run Proposal
